Zift is the official payment partner integrated with Edvak EHR. It enables practices to process credit card and ACH payments directly within the EHR system.

Practices can collect patient payments directly through Edvak without needing a separate payment processing application.

How to Integrate with Zift
Follow the steps below to complete the Zift integration process:
Step 1: Submit Enrollment Form
- Go to Settings
- Click on Payment Settings
- Select Enrollment
The enrollment form for Zift is available in this section. The practice must complete and submit this form to initiate the integration process.
Step 2: Initial Contact from Zift
- After submitting the form, Zift will contact the practice’s designated contact person within 24 hours.
Step 3: Documentation & Contract Process
During communication with Zift:
- The practice must provide any requested documents and verification proofs.
- A contract must be reviewed and signed.
- The practice can negotiate pricing and transaction fees during this stage.
Step 4: Account Creation & Account ID
Once the account setup process is completed:
- Zift will provide an Account ID to the practice.
- This Account ID is required to link the Zift account with Edvak EHR.
Step 5: Linking the Account to Edvak
- After the account is created, the Zift account will be linked to Edvak within 24 hours.
Once linked, the practice can begin collecting payments directly within the EHR.
